Refund policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at velvetbloomperfumeoils@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O. Box 720194, Orlando FL 32872. There will be a 75% restocking fee applied to all returns and items (perfume oils) cannot be less than 75% of the original amount. Body oils are final sale. This applies only to online orders. All purchases at markets or local community events are final sale.
